Chicago Citation Style

This guide has been adapted from examples provided in the 15th edition of the Chicago Manual of Style and A Short Guide to Writing About Art by Sylvan Barnet. These are the styles used most often in art research. However, bibliographic citation guides do vary; always check with professor as to style preference.

One author:
