Letter from the Alumnae Board
Dear Alumnae:
The women that serve on the Pine Manor Alumnae Board of Directors work to bridge the distance for all Pine Manor College graduates across generations, geographic locations, and times.
The Alumnae Board's role is to serve our college in several ways. The Board acts as a sounding panel for the many initiatives that bring the mission of Pine Manor to life both on campus and in the broader community. The Board also serves as repository for the thoughts and interests of our alumnae and relays messages and information. The Board is also representative of the Alumnae community. We are in place to be your voice, and you should feel free to contact us at any time. Finally, the Board works hand in hand with the administrative teams at the College to support the admissions and development efforts, both vital to the College.
This coming year the Alumnae Board will be investigating several projects ideas that we hope will continue to further the mission of the college, including creating a current student and alumnae mentoring program, creating an Alumnae Association scholarship program, and assisting with the College's Admissions and Development programs.
Serving on the Alumnae Board is an interesting and rewarding experience. It's a wonderful way to stay in touch with Pine Manor, to influence its direction and to meet many of the outstanding graduates that enjoyed their college years here. We are currently recruiting alumnae from different cities, class years, and professional backgrounds to bring many facets and points of view to the Board. We encourage you to contact us if you would like to be involved with the Alumnae Board or if you would like to nominate an alumna.
Our best wishes to you for a healthy and vibrant new year.
The Alumnae Board
