1:30-2:30PM: Culinary Institute of America, Greystone
$12.50 per person

The CIA is located in the historic Christian Brothers Winery, Greystone, just north of St. Helena. Opens at 10:00AM for self-guided tours of the museum and kitchen gardens or a nibble in the Café.  Shop at Spice Island Marketplace showcasing cookware and culinary tools.  Enjoy a one-hour live cooking demo in the teaching kitchen with tastes and recipes for everyone.  www.ciachef.edu

 

1:30-3:30PM: COPIA
$11 per person

The American Center for Food, Wine and the Arts (COPIA) offers art exhibits, food demonstrations, wine lectures and tours of their extraordinary gardens, all with the focus on tantalizing the senses.  Enjoy the afternoon exploring, taking tours or classes.  Garden tour PM only, Wine lecture AM only.   www.copia.org

$10 per person

Wines produced in the Burgundian style, crisp, well balanced and elegant. Enjoy a seated tasting of several vintages of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and tour the oldest continually operating winery in Carneros.  www.bouchaine.com

 

1:30-3:00PM: Domaine Carneros Tour & Reserve Tasting
$30 per person

2:00-3:30PM: Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Cave Tour & Tasting
$20 per person
