Career Planning Guides

To identify, prepare for, and find a satisfying career takes time and should begin early in your academic experience. Some of the steps in this process are: self-assessment - figuring out what you like to do and the kind of work settings that are a good match for your personality; researching potential jobs; doing internships; and writing a resume. Here are some guidelines on the steps that students should follow throughout their PMC years.

First Year

Being a first-year student offers new-found independence and a wealth of opportunities. It can also be challenging to manage everything...time and studies, and to stay healthy and keep on task.
