The Founders Room can accommodate up to 80 guests seated
with a dance floor; 120 cocktail style with limited seating.
Tented events on our lush lawns can accommodate up to 200
guests.

| RENTAL
FEE |
| Rental of the facility for a reception
only is $1750; this is a five-hour rental. Rental of the facility
for a ceremony and reception is $2,500; this is a six-hour rental.
This includes use of the Founders Room, Moncrief Room,
foyer, porch and beautiful grounds. It also includes tables,
chairs, china, cutlery and glassware for up to 100 guests. Ceremonies
can be performed on site inside and outside, weather permitting.
Guests will be allowed access to the facility no more than 20
minutes prior to the ceremony start time. Event coordination
is also included up to and on the day of the actual event. |

| FUNCTION
HOURS |
| Timing is flexible as we host only one
event per day so that our staff can focus fully on your event.
|
|
| MUSIC/DANCING |
| We have a beautiful Steinway Baby Grand
piano in the Founders Room available for your use. We
also have an upright Sohmer piano in the Moncrief Room for your
use. Moving either piano is not permitted. Arrangements for
a dance floor can be made through the Office of Special Events.

| ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES |
| Pine Manor College Special Events Department
offers a wide range of superb choices in wine and beverage service.
Both cash and open bar arrangements
are available. The bar set-up fee is $35 for cash bars. In accordance
with the Town of Brookline and the Massachusetts State Liquor
Commission, no guest shall be allowed to bring alcoholic beverages
into an event held at Pine Manor College. No person under the
age of 21 will be allowed to consume or purchase alcoholic beverages.
Law prohibits us from serving any guest who visibly appears
to be under the influence of alcoholic beverages. |

| MENUS |
| All food and beverage, including alcohol,
is provided exclusively by Pine Manors onsite caterer.
No outside food or beverage is allowed. Menu prices are guaranteed
6 weeks prior to your event. All food and beverage prices are
subject to an 18% service charge and a 5% Massachusetts meals
tax. |

| DEPOSIT |
| A deposit of $500 secures the space
for your event. This fee will be applied to your final invoice
and is NON-REFUNDABLE. |
|
| SMOKING |
| In accordance with Town of Brookline
regulations, Pine Manor College has instituted a no-smoking
policy. There is no smoking anywhere on the campus, except outside
in the open air. |
|
| PARKING |
| There is ample free parking on campus.
|
|
DECORATIONS
|
| All decorations must comply with local
fire laws. All items must be approved by the College prior to
the event. Use of nails, tacks, pins, or glue to hang anything
is prohibited. Under no circumstances can anything be hung on
the walls in the Founders Room or Moncrief Room. Confetti
is not allowed. Mylar balloons are not allowed. Charges will
be assessed for decorations not removed at the conclusion of
an event. A clean-up fee of $150 will be assessed in the event
that standard cleaning procedures cannot be used in order to
return the room to pre-event condition. |

| A member of the Boston Wedding Group,
Pine Manor College offers all clients complete event planning
from menu choices to music, décor, entertainment, and
other party enhancements. |
