We are looking for motivated college students interested in gaining editorial experience. You'll be part of an enthusiastic team of editors, marketers and production professionals, where internships in the past have led to full-time employment after graduation. Responsibilities include: * Editing/proofreading PowerPoint presentations and other related conference materials, including conference CDs, signage, program guides, etc. * Assisting with creation of conference materials, including session booklets, tent cards, and conference/seminar evaluations * Collaborating with production team to ensure superior editorial quality throughout all conference materials * Assisting with conference production and general miscellaneous administrative duties Required skills: * Organized and detail-oriented * Ability to multi-task * Flexible and posses a "whatever it takes" attitude * Dependable, and willing to work hard Preferred knowledge of: * Microsoft PowerPoint * Excel * Adobe Acrobat (Knowledge of Quark is a plus) Hours/Schedule: Flexible Internship for Academic credit
