Kelly Willis ’04 Wins Dining Service’s Survey Prize

As part of their efforts to continually improve products, menus, and delivery in the residential restaurant, PMC’s Dining Services staff polled the community online this winter, with questions ranging from food tastes and choices to presentation and hours.

A large percentage of staff, students, and faculty took part in the survey, with the added incentive of being entered in a drawing to win an American Airlines travel voucher.

Senior Kelly Willis was the lucky winner! Dining Services Manager Steven Ferris commented, “Feedback from our customers is very important to us, and we’ve already made some changes because of what we learned from the survey.”

In fact, the survey was so helpful that Ferris plans to run another one this spring. Again there will be a prize drawing, and he hopes even more people will offer their comments and ideas
