Event Facilities
Hosting meetings is one of our specialties. We offer excellent meeting space in rooms that can be arranged the way you want. Our reasonable fee structure is three-tiered a room rental fee, food, and audio-visual fees. Our catering department has an excellent reputation for high quality meals and attentive service.
Presidents' Dining Room
The Presidents Dining Room is a favorite for meetings.
Suitable for 30 in a hollow square, 50 for dining, or 80
theatre-style, the Presidents Dining Room has internet
access. Our Media Services Department will assist you with
all your audiovisual needs. The Presidents Dining
Room and our Campus Center are fully handicapped accessible.
Kresge Hall
Kresge Auditorium is our premier lecture-style space. With
space for up to 50 participants, Kresge is equipped with
the newest state-of-the-art audio-visual technology.
Standard Classroom
Our standard classrooms can accommodate 20110 participants.
Many rooms can be set up to client specifications, other
rooms are lecture-style and have fixed chair desks.
Ferry Conference Room
The Ferry Administration Conference Room is perfect for
small meetings of 48 participants. Equipped with a
white board and Internet accessible, our Media Services
Department will assist you with all your additional audiovisual
needs.
Founder's Room
The Founders Room is one of our most requested meeting
rooms. Set to client specifications, the Founders
Room can accommodate from 40 to 130 participants. A podium
and microphone are available at no charge; the turn-of-the-century
grandeur belies full internet accessibility.
Ellsworth Theater
Housed in a modern, air-conditioned building, our largest
auditorium seats 476. Complete stage and performance facilities
include an orchestra pit, dressing and rehearsal rooms,
professional theater lighting and audiovisual equipment.
Four classrooms and a smaller lecture hall are also available
and can accommodate from 30 to 70 guests. A spacious gallery
surrounds the auditorium and provides an ideal area for
product exhibits, as well as "between the scenes"
relaxation.
