The Gators' lead got as big as 14 in the final 10 minutes before Bard cut it to five in the final minute following a three-pointer by Joanna Regan (Selden, NY). However, two free-throws by Nelson put the game away, giving Pine Manor a 54-47 victory to close out the first semester.
For Bard, Regan finished the game with 11 points while junior Imani Jones (Brooklyn, NY) recorded a double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds in the contest. With the loss, Bard drops to 1-8 on the season.
