International Transfer Students

While Pine Manor has a rolling admission policy with no application deadlines, we encourage international students to apply as early as possible. This will allow enough time to complete the application and visa processes.

International Transfer Applicants

Please submit the following credentials to be considered for admission:

  • A completed application for admission with personal essay.
  • An official transcript of academic work at previous college(s) received in an envelope sealed by the sending institution and a copy of college catalog(s) with course descriptions. To receive transfer credit, send your past college/university transcript and information to a company for a professional course-by-course evaluation. You may use www.cedevaluations.com, www.educei.com, www.wes.org, or another reputable company.
  • An original or certified copy of secondary school records translated into English.
  • At least one letter of recommendation from a teacher or school counselor.
  • If English is not your first language, please provide a TOEFL or IELTS score.
    An institutional TOEFL can be provided at PMC's English Language Institute by appointment.
  • If English is your native language or language of instruction and you will be submitting 24 credits or less, please submit your SAT I or ACT score.

Accepted Transfer Students

  • Inform your current college/university that you intend to transfer to Pine Manor College.
  • Ask your current International Student Advisor to complete the Transfer Verification FormPDF and fax or mail it to Pine Manor's Admissions Office. (Fax: 1-617-731-7102)
  • Your current International Student Advisor must enter into SEVIS your intention to transfer to Pine Manor with a "transfer release date."
  • Pine Manor will issue a new I-20 for you once the following documents are received:
