CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – A pair of Pine Manor College student-athletes earned 2013 Great South Athletic Conference (GSAC) All-Conference honors, the conference announced this weekend. Women’s soccer senior goalkeeper Natasha Kopystynsky (Johnsburg, Ill.) was named to the Women’s Soccer All-Conference Team, while women’s volleyball junior outside hitter Destiny Mann (Orlando, Fla.) was named to the Women’s Volleyball All-Conference Team.
Kopystynsky finished the season with a GSAC-leading 171 saves— posting the fourth highest save percentage in the conference (.750) despite seeing the most shots of any goalkeeper. Kopystynsky earned two victories on the season and recorded double digit saves in ten games this season, including a season-high 24 in a loss to Fisher on 9/22/13.

Destiny Mann finished second on the Gators in kills with 97 (1.35 K/SET) while leading PMC in service aces with 55. The junior from Orlando, FL was also the team leader in digs with 198 (2.75 Dig/Set). Mann recorded a season-high 11 kills twice, on 9/21/13 vs. Pratt and again in a 3-0 victory vs. Mass. Maritime on 10/19/13. She recorded a season-high 14 aces and 26 digs in a 3-1 win over Johnson St. on 9/28/13.
