Pine Manor College Ranks First in
Campus Diversity for Fourth Straight Year, According to U.S. News & World Report Ratings

Pine Manor College is proud to announce that it has been ranked Number One for campus diversity among BA liberal arts colleges by U.S. News and World Report America's Best Colleges 2007 for the fourth year in a row. The ranking is based on the statistical likelihood of any student interacting with other students from different racial and ethnic backgrounds.

For the Fall 2005 semester, upon which this ranking is based, PMC students identified themselves according to the following racial/ethnic classifications:

42.3% Black/Non-Hispanic
22.7% White/Caucasian
11.7% Hispanic/Latina
8.6%International
5.3% Asian or Pacific Islander
0.7% American Indian
8.7% Other or Unreported
