    An interactive site that has several helpful tools to compare foods, search for nutrients, and calculate daily caloric needs. The site also has analyzing and tracking capabilities to store information on personal health and nutrition.

    Maintained by the International Food Information Council this site gives access to the Food Insight newsletter, publications, and current trend research. There is a handy tab for students in the upper right hand corner.
