Housing Questionnaire

This form is very important in helping us get to know you better. It is the tool we use to help arrange your housing for the upcoming semester. Please fill it out honestly.

We will confirm your room assignment and the name and address of your roommate. After we receive your questionaire, you will be able to contact your roommate to begin getting to know each other.
