Accommodations, Meals, & What to Bring
Please note that meal plans and lodging are available on the beautiful campus of Pine Manor College, making your time at the Solstice Summer Writer’s Conference more relaxing and hassle-free.
Because the Conference begins on a Sunday morning, we are opening our dorms on Saturday, June 16, for the convenience of those taking advantage of our campus lodging. Please use our application form to indicate preferences.
Important note about our campus lodging: PMC’s dorms provide very basic, “no frills” accommodations that are typical of any college campus.
Campus lodging prices are as follows:
Double room = $33/night (available for 7 or 8 nights, starting 6/21)
Total $231 for 7 nights; total $264 for 8 nights
Single room = $44/night (limited availability for 7 or 8 nights, starting 6/21)
Total $308 for 7 nights; total $352 for 8 nights
Campus dining plan: $125 total starts with brunch Sunday, 6/22, and concludes with brunch on Saturday, 6/28, and includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner through the weekdays.
*Campus pay-as-you-go prices (*note: these are 07 prices, which might see a slight increase in 2008)
Breakfast: $4.75
Brunch (weekends only): $5.75
Lunch: $5.75
Dinner: $6.75
Vegetarian meals are available in addition to a salad bar that features tofu and beans.
