Thanks to being named the named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of October 10, 2011, Pine Manor College junior Cheska Mendes (Dorchester, MA) is also the next Student-Athlete Spotlight.

After leading Pine Manor to a come from behind 3-2 victory over Wentworth and a 4-0 record early in 2011, Volleyball's senior captain Jen Gross is this year's first Student-Athlete Spotlight.
