CLERMONT, FL -- The Gators were shut out twice Wednesday afternoon, falling to Wesleyan (CT) 8-0 in five innings before a 16-0 trouncing at the hands of The College of New Jersey.
Courtney Wallace continued her hot hitting, going 2-2 with a double against Wesleyan and went 1-2 with a triple against The College of New Jersey. On Tuesday, the senior backstop collected a combined five hits over two games.
Pitcher Tia Nelson collected the only other hit surrendered by Wesleyan, going 1-2 to pick up a hit in her third straight game.
Pine Manor wraps up its Florida trip with a morning game against RPI and a 1:30 p.m. contest against Burlington (NJ) County College.
