Dear PMC Alums, here.We are approaching the time when Pine Manor College will officially hand over the baton to Boston College (BC). On May 15, 2022, the College will hold its last Commencement ceremony, and by the end of May, Pine Manor College will officially close, giving way to the newly established Pine Manor Institute for Student Success (PMI) at Boston College. This is certainly a bittersweet moment, yet we remain grateful for our partnership with BC, which allowed for a two-year operational grace period, and we are very much excited and optimistic about the Pine Manor Institute’s future work toward fulfilling the PMC mission. To that end, we hope you have had a chance to read the recent press release about some of the programs that take shape under the PMI; if not, we encourage you to take a minute to read it
During this time of transition over the next several weeks, we hope you will get to know Boston College more. We will be sharing interesting facts about Boston College and important information as it relates to all PMC alums during and after this transition.
Stay tuned. In the meantime, did you know “Boston College has been co-educational for 50 years?
