Pine Manor College’s Orientation Leaders (OLs) are talented, passionate, and involved students. They’ll make sure your orientation is fun and info-packed.
From academic advising to late-night socials in the residence halls, our carefully selected, highly trained OLs introduce incoming students and families to Pine Manor’s amazing academic and co-curricular opportunities. Easy to spot in their signature green polos, they’re always happy to answer questions and share their insights on the Gator experience.
The Orientation Leader Role
Orientation is made possible through the hard work of carefully selected and trained Orientation Leaders who are current sophomores, juniors and seniors. Throughout the week-long Orientation session, Orientation Leaders will lead their groups from one place to the next, share their college stories, facilitate conversations on important to topics, and serve as learning partners for both incoming students and families – helping them grow acquainted to the College’s mission, resources, and opportunities. Orientation Leaders are truly the first ambassadors for the newest members of our Gator community.
Orientation Leaders are members of the Pine Manor College Ambassadors, a student leadership team comprised on Orientation Leaders (OLs), Resident Assistants (RAs), First-Year Success Mentors (FYSMs), and Career Development Assistants (CDAs).
