Fall 2021 Housing Information
We know you all have been wondering if fall housing would be available given our current situation in the school closing after the next academic year but we have some great news to share with you today. We are happy to announce housing will be available to PMC students for the Fall 2021 semester!
Students who currently live on campus for the Spring 2021 semester are still required to move out of the residence halls by the end of the semester. There still will be no summer housing offered on campus this year.
Students who are interested in housing for the Fall 2021 semester will need to completed the following tasks:
- Registered as full time student (12 or more credits) for the Fall 2021 semester
- You must have filed your FAFSA with the Financial Aid office for the next academic year
- Your PMC account must have a balance less than $1,000 to be place in a double room or have a zero balance for a single room
- You must have no outstanding student conduct sanctions and be in good disciplinary standing
- Your immunizations paperwork must be completed and submitted
Students looking to live on campus for the Fall 2021 semester are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before they can move in the residence halls. Those students who are in non-compliance will have their housing assignment suspended and will not be allowed to live on campus until this has been completed.
The Office of Residence Life will directly place students in housing assignments and not follow the traditional housing selection process where students can pick their own rooms.
There will be an option on the housing application to provide the names of a few students you would like to be placed next to in the residence hall. Although we cannot guarantee all the requests can be accommodated, we will do our best in trying to place students together in housing. If students are looking to have a roommate there is an option available on the housing application to make the request. Please be aware the roommate request must be mutual as well.
Housing assignments will begin to be sent out to students starting on Wednesday, June 2.
