Below is a reminder about the Incomplete Policy change that we informed you about in November. – The grade of “Incomplete” (I) is given primarily for illness or some other serious situation in a student’s life occurring at the end of the term that makes it difficult to complete final requirements. Such illness or special circumstances must be documented. A student must have completed at least 75 percent of the course requirements to be eligible for an “Incomplete.” Students wishing to receive an “Incomplete” must first speak with their instructor, who in turn must secure the appropriate form from the Registrar’s Office, complete it, and submit it to the Registrar for approval.

Reverse Transfer Process:   In special circumstances and with the approval of the Dean of Academic Affairs and Success, Melissa Yoffe, a mechanism called the Reverse Transfer Process exists for students needing a limited amount of additional course work to graduate.  Dean Yoffe is tracking these situations and will contact you directly if you meet the criteria for this.
