On April 12 2012, Pine Manor Board of Trustees unanimously voted to approve the College's new Mission and Identity Statements.
The new Mission Statement was developed as part of a college-wide strategic planning effort, and reflects the collaborative work of faculty, staff, students, alumnae and trustees of the Pine Manor community. It is intended to renew the College's commitment to empowering students through personal and transformative education, as experienced by PMC students in the past 100 years, and ensure this tradition continues well into the future.
The Board expressed their support, saying that the new statement provides an excellent foundation that will help direct our actions today and lead us to fulfill our aspirations for the College’s future.
